About Walk-In Bathroom Tubs South Bend

A locally owned walk-in tub installer, built from fixing what other contractors got wrong.

Randy Pilarski ran a general contracting business in and around South Bend and Mishawaka for close to fifteen years, and for part of that stretch he took on home-modification subcontracting for a local senior-care agency — ramps, grab bars, the occasional bathtub swap. It wasn't one big moment that changed his direction; it was a pattern he kept running into. Job after job, he'd show up to find a previous contractor's grab bar barely holding on, or a walk-in tub door that had never sealed properly and had been slowly rotting the subfloor underneath it.

Cleaning up after other people's rushed work convinced Randy this deserved to be its own dedicated business, not something he handled between kitchen jobs and additions. So he dropped the general contracting side entirely. Every job we do now starts the way that first fix did — with someone actually walking through the bathroom in person, because an older home downtown and a newer one out in Granger don't behave the same way.

Where We Don't Cut Corners

We Won't Sell You More Than You Need

You get the model that fits your bathroom and your circumstances, not whatever carries the biggest margin.

We Live Here Too

South Bend, Mishawaka, and the Michiana towns around them are home for us. If something needs a second visit, we're the ones showing back up to fix it.

We Don't Rush a Hard Decision

This kind of project usually comes after something difficult. We give people the time they need to think it through.
